What is Springboard? All the goodness of a full-body mat workout, integrating resistance and spring-loaded movements to build strength, mobility, and stability from the crown of the head to the tip of the toe.

What is Mindful Mat? Focus on mind-body connection. A curated flow of pilates mat exercises, infused with functional movement, breath awareness, and yoga-asana. Settle into postures, feel grounded in stillness, and center the mind.

Power Yoga Flow

Wednesdays from 7AM - 8AM

Thursdays from 6PM - 7PM

Link breath and movement, strengthen and stretch your body and mind in this yoga flow. You'll move through both traditional asanas (poses) and non-traditional movements to supplement and enhance your practice. Individual differences are celebrated, and tailoring your practice to your own needs is encouraged. This class is accessible to all levels of experience.
