Inner Warrior
Tuesdays from 9AM - 10AM
A blend of core/abdominal exercises and purposeful power flow practice that helps us tap into our inner warrior, finding strength and perseverance of mind body, and spirit. This practice encourages longer hold times in certain postures to build strength, stamina, and stability in the body. All levels of practice are welcome. This class is offered online and in-person!
Power Yoga Flow
Wednesdays from 7AM - 8AM (starting 1/8/25)
Thursdays from 6PM - 7PM
Link breath and movement, strengthen and stretch your body and mind in this yoga flow. You'll move through both traditional asanas (poses) and non-traditional movements to supplement and enhance your practice. Individual differences are celebrated, and tailoring your practice to your own needs is encouraged. This class is accessible to all levels of experience.

Chair Yoga
Wednesdays from 10:15AM – 11:15AM
Join Colette Marie for Chair Yoga, located in the Community Room, every Wednesday at 10:15AM. Each class begins with a drop of Peppermint or Breathe Blend essential oils to help us breathe better, as we practice various breathing techniques, followed by a mixture of isometric exercises, seated yoga postures, and minimal standing postures for balancing.
Saturday Morning Yoga
Saturdays from 9AM - 10AM
BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat)
Join Colette Marie for Saturday Morning Yoga, located in the Community Room, every Saturday at 9AM. Each class begins with a drop of Peppermint or Breathe Blend essential oils to help us breathe better, as we practice various breathing techniques, followed by a well-balanced sequence of postures to help tone, lengthen, and energize the body.
Classes are $10
